About the Event
We will meet at the parking area and walk over to the natural reserve area, then hike in for about 5 minutes. It's a very short hike through a very shallow and rocky part of a river. Please wear shoes you don't mind getting wet, muddy or dirty. Please try to bring your water in a reusable bottle. Bring your swim gear if you desire to get in the river after the event.
This area has a nice opening in the forested area, is at the river so we can hear the cascading and crashing waters as we breath, move and dance. We will share holistic information throughout the session as we move.
