Tea has a long history of denoting class and status. Tea has a longer standing history as wellness support and even treatment for a myriad of health issues. In recent life, I've been connecting to my Caribbean roots, taking time to live in Jamaica and Puerto Rico...and relating to my Jamaican ancestors through plants & nature of the Caribbean. If you know Jamaicans, you know we believe in tea!
We will explore the benefits of a few herbs from Jamaica & Puerto Rico, while socializing over late afternoon tea. As we enjoy High Tea time where some food and infusion pairings will take us on an elevated tea experience, we will connect over health topics relevant to the herbs of the session. Make you attend all three sessions for a robust World Tour of Herbs!
