Herbs are food and medicine. Here, we will explore benefits of herbs, foods and a social tea. Drawing on life experiences and my recent trip to Jamaica to connect with my roots, I will offer some teas using herbs such as soursop leaf, medina and Jamaican vervine. 420 infusions too! Mask+temp@door.

Tea has a long history of denoting class and status. Tea has a longer standing history as wellness support and even treatment for a myriad of health issues. If you know Jamaicans, you know we believe in tea! We will explore the beneefits of a few herbs from Jamaica while socializing over afternoon tea. Following the afternoon tea, we will transition into the High Tea portion where some food and infused oil pairings will take us on an elevated tea experience.
