*Guided free form nature bath. 1-3hrs based on the trail length. The trails will be at different places in the DMV. The place for each will be posted two weeks or more before the session, including estimated walking length and hiking level. Most #DoseOfNature hikes will be easy to moderate, and accessible for those that can mobilize solo or with a cane.
There will be a theme for each session. The theme is meant for self development, introspection, reflection, connectedness.
